Egyptian Vultures on Spanish National TV !

The work by A. Sanz-Aguilar and colleagues (here) was presented on National TV (LaSexta channel, Estacion La Sexta 25/02/2019). The report correctly insists on education as a key factor for the success al effort in wildlife conservation programs.  The egyptian voluture in Canary Islands is a successful example of scientific-based conservation actions conducted in parallel with educational programs.

GEDA at the VII Conference on Balearic Environment

 The GEDA participated at the VII Balearic Environmental Conference on Mallorca and Ibiza presenting the studies on lizards, vultures, shearwaters and storm petrels.

GEDA at the "International Day of Women in Science" !

Ana Sanz-Aguilar from the GEDA has participated at the "International Day of women and girls in Science" explaining her current research on seabirds.
