Yellow-legged gull spring campaign just began

The 2018 spring campaign of Yellow legged gull at Dragonera natural park is getting to its peak. Today we set traps, measured eggs and search for marked individuals. This year, thank to M. Gomila, we are going to add some extra readings by using a digital zoom (and great skills!)

APHIS under the spotlight !

The software APHIS for individual photo-identification developed by the GEDA in collaboration with Dr. Ó. Moya (Fundacion IBIT) was on IB3 news today! 
APHIS builds on an existing approach (I3S) adding the possibility to process photos in batches and the original ITM procedure which minimizes pre-processing time.
